Quit Standin' Around

It is time for us to stand and cheer for the doer, the achiever, the one who recognizes the challenge and does something about it.
- Vince Lombardi

We need to stop encouraging those who will never "do" but applaud those who have "done"! Maybe, then just maybe, those who aren't doing, will see the value of doing, and get something done. I have made up my mind that I am going to make a BIG deal of those who do rise to the challenge and achieve.

There is a lot of truth in this post. If we are not careful we will spend all of our time on those who do nothing and will never do anything while we allow those who are doing, achieving and accomplishing to go unnoticed. Great post.

Thanks Mark. Sometimes I think we preachers spend way too much time picking up those who will never walk by themselves. Let's start applauding the workers.

Hallelujah! I feel a shout coming on! I am sick of whiners and lazy people taking up all the time while the hard workers rarely get noticed or given support. Give praise to whom praise is due. Gret post, honey.

Wow, awesome thought! Yep, Jana, I feel a shout as well. Like Brian said, let's start applauding the workers!!! When you are truly in love with God, there is no task too big or too small.
