Life's Lessons

To laugh often and much; to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children...to leave the world a better place...to know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is to have succeeded.
- Ralph Waldo Emerson

Success is not to be measured by what one has but rather by what one leaves behind. If you do not leave behind wealth, but you have left children with a well-balanced life: children who love God and their fellow man, and entreat both with honor and respect: then you have succeeded.

Guess we are still working towards success. It is a never-ending process with kids.

Hey, did you realize freeWAY was getting respect yesterday from intelligent people and also had kids lined up for autographs?

Our greatest accomplishments in life, are to have children that know how to truly love - as it is a reflection of us. Great post.

Jana-freeWAY is anointed and very well liked. Just too bad they don't have enough money to advertise properly. They are REALLY good.

Mark - Thanks!

Sis Hopper - Too truly love is a reflection of our Savior.

Pastor Allard:
Your definition of success is one of if not the best I know.

Oh Lord, that I would have my children and my children’s children be kind and loving of others.
